- No. Command Center is the operational view of the quoting and rate-management layer. If you have a BI tool already, it can pull from the same structured records — Command Center just gives leadership a faster path to the daily questions.
- Can different roles see different views?
- Yes. Sales managers, operations leads, and finance see different default tiles. Permissions follow your existing user roles in the workspace.
- How current is the data?
- Quote and exception data is live. Margin and conversion roll-ups update on a short cadence appropriate to leadership review — not real-time per click, but never a day stale.
